When you're taking a new product to market and need a senior technical partner for the 0-to-1 phase. I take an idea from "kinda works" to "users are paying for it."

Includes: full-stack web (TypeScript, React, Node, Postgres), native iOS (Swift), hybrid mobile (Ionic, Capacitor), AI integration (vector search, LLMs), CI/CD, basic infra.

Not for: projects where you're not ready to make product decisions yet.

When your app is slow, your infra is fragile, or your codebase is blocking new features. Cut load times, modernize legacy code, ship with confidence.

Past results: 7× average performance improvement at AB-InBev. Cold load from 5 minutes to 15 seconds. Found a bug affecting 10% of the iPad fleet and shipped a fix.

Not for: greenfield projects. You need something to optimize first.
